3. Purchase Limits
Orders are subject to a maximum limit of 30 grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent) per order in accordance with Canadian regulations. Orders exceeding this limit will not be processed.

5. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
The Source Cannabis reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including for compliance, verification, suspected fraud, or inventory reasons.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available within Canada only, where legally permitted.
A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery to verify age.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to regulatory and safety requirements, all cannabis sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following situations:
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged products
- Fulfillment errors
