Return Policy

The Source Cannabis operates in compliance with all applicable Canadian cannabis laws and regulations. Due to the nature of cannabis products and the regulatory environment surrounding them, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All cannabis product sales are final once delivered. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, The Source Cannabis does not accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products except as specifically outlined below or where required by law.

2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • An order fulfillment error occurred on our part

To be eligible for review, customers must contact The Source Cannabis within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where applicable

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at the discretion of The Source Cannabis.

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds or returns will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

4. Return Conditions (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Returned items must comply with all applicable cannabis regulations
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Regulatory Compliance

All refund and return decisions are made in accordance with applicable cannabis laws and payment processor requirements. The Source Cannabis reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not comply with these regulations.
