All cannabis product sales are final once delivered. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products, except as specifically outlined below or where required by law.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:
The incorrect product was shipped
The product arrived damaged or defective
An order fulfillment error occurred on our part
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photographic evidence, where applicable
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
In rare cases where a return is approved:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Returned items must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as required by law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
All refund and return decisions are made in accordance with applicable cannabis laws and payment processor requirements. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not comply with these regulations.
